Like the iconic halter squares, a subtle girth motif defines the gusset of the Town Tote [shown at left]. This girth detail took months of consultative development with the artisan craftsmen who make the bags. It lends itself nicely, aesthetically and structurally, to the gusset of this attache and is emblematic of Oughton's use of thoughtful, authentic equestrian details.

Our zipper loops are emblematic of the thought and craftsmanship that goes into every aspect of every bag... a big loop to make zippers easy to pull, even with gloves on. Crafted of premium bridle leather, embossed with our logo, lined in our signature orange and piped with creme canvas, it's fashionably oversized but utilitarian with an orange flourish. As a longtime horseshow competitor, I have long known what a difference the details can make.
