Waxwear Fabric

Waxed canvas developed by the US Army to meet demanding field conditions, it's lightweight yet very strong, water-resistant yet breathable with a patented dry finish that's not oily or sticky. A perfect fabric for exceptionally long-lasting, rugged bags.

Dust Bag

Each piece comes in its own dustbag for protection during storage. Made of chocolate nylon imprinted with creme lettering, it makes a beautiful gift presentation (gentlemen note, no wrapping required!) and can be useful for leg wraps, sheet/cooler, etc.

Leather

Top-grain bridle leather with lustrous oiled finish for water resistance.

Halter Hardware

The halter hardware used on the bags, cast in bronze by Italian craftsmen, is the finest available, imported for custom halters.

Bridle ID Tag

Oughton hangtag (comes with each bag) lifts to reveal a customized bridle tag (tag sold separately).

Detailing

As a longtime horse show person I have long known what a difference the details can make. I have tried to incorporate 'special details' into each bag (but not go overboard). I love how the zipper pull turned out.
